Mike Blanton’s first exposure to the flooring world was through his mother, who he watched at a young age as she launched her own in-home carpet business. Beginning in high school and throughout college, Mike helped install carpets for her clients, and after graduation, he began his career as a flooring installer. Within two years, he opened his own retail store in Athens.
When he officially joined the business, Mike knew opportunities were abound. So he turned to Athens First Bank & Trust to help him achieve his business goals.
