The Synovus Veteran Employee Resource Group is compromised of U.S. veterans, active duty and reserves military members, as well as community allies

Nearly 30% of all veteran-owned businesses are in construction and the professional, scientific and technical services group

Synovus proudly supports veteran assistance programs, like the Chattahoochee Valley chapter of House of Heroes (HoH)

  • House of Heroes, Chattahoochee Valley, has provided services to more than 1,700 honorably discharged military veterans since its inception in 2000
  • 240 hours of volunteer service were provided by Synovus team members to House of Heroes in 2023
  • With 100% of funding remaining local and through the dedication of thousands of volunteers, 86 veterans received support from House of Heroes in 2023
