David Grimaldi

David joined Synovus in 2021, bringing over 25 years of Foreign Exchange and Investment Banking experience, with a deep understanding of spot and derivative FX products, technical analysis, risk management strategies, and international macroeconomic policy. As a Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant, Dave’s responsibility is to find opportunities for clients to better manage their FX risk on their International payables and receivables. Dave strives to get a better understanding of his clients’ business transactions overseas, finding the best opportunities to manage their currency exposure so they can focus on their business. Prior to joining Synovus, Dave held senior roles with investment banks headquartered in New York City, as Executive Director of Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
