Synovus Named Among Georgia's Top Innovative Technology Companies by the Technology Association of Georgia

Columbus, Ga., May 2, 2022 — Synovus Bank is proud to announce that it has been recognized by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) as a Top 40 Innovative Technology Company. Presented annually, TAG’s Top 40 Awards recognize Georgia-based technology companies for their contributions to innovation and economic growth within Georgia’s technology sector. TAG named Synovus one of Georgia's top 10 most innovative companies.

Earlier this year, TAG accepted Top 40 nominations. The TAG Top 40 committee, comprised of esteemed technology and investment leaders, then reviewed the nominations, paying close attention to each company’s innovation efforts, the market needs addressed by the efforts, and the benefits provided to the Georgia technology sector.

This year’s Top 40 companies, which represent a wide range of industries, were given the opportunity to showcase their work at the Georgia Technology Summit’s exhibition in Atlanta. TAG's top 10 most Innovative Technology Companies, including Synovus, were also invited to present their technology innovations to Summit attendees.
