Ring’s Forklift and Battery Service understands hard work and loyalty

David Ring started pursuing his dream more than three decades ago with a bucket of rags, a drill bit, and a lot of hard work. From the very beginning, he had a financial partner who shared his vision: Synovus. “They stood behind us through the good and the bad,” David says.

Today, LaGrange-based Ring’s Forklift and Battery Service sells, services, and rents forklifts throughout a wide swath of East Alabama and West Georgia. It’s a thriving business, with 17 experienced technicians and an expanding list of customers. David’s son, D.J., is now following in his footsteps.
