Meet our team in Tifton
Bryan Williams
Market President
Bryan Williams joined Synovus as market president for Tifton, GA, in 2022. An honors graduate of the Georgia Banking School, Bryan was previously with First Commerce Credit Union, formerly The Citizens Bank of Nashville (GA), where he served as CFO and COO before being named vice president of business services.
Bryan leads a team dedicated to strengthening the bank’s loan portfolio and increasing returns to Synovus shareholders. The Atlanta native encourages his team to educate clients on the things Synovus can help them with, “especially the things they may not even know are things.”
A longtime community leader, Bryan has chaired the boards of both the Berrien County Collaborative and the Georgia Family Connection Partnership. He is currently also a director of the BGV Foundation, supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Valdosta (GA).

Marion Holland
Professional and Executive Banker
As a Financial Advisor, Marion Holland will guide you in making informed investment decisions. No matter where you are in your financial journey, she will provide clear direction for an investment strategy designed to match your goals based on risk tolerance, timing, financial resources, and income requirements.
Marion has been working in the securities industry since 1998 but started her career in the financial industry in 1984. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and obtained her Juris Doctor in Law.
John Hamill
Business Banker
John joined Synovus in 2023 as a business banker with nearly a decade of experience in the finance industry. During his tenure at a regional bank, he gained insight into the needs of both business and consumer clients and earned multiple excellence awards.
John obtained his bachelor’s degree in business management from Georgia Southwestern State University and has been a resident of Tifton since 2006. “I look forward to building relationships with clients in the Tift area and providing services to fit their financial needs. I am excited to assist our clients in obtaining financial confidence.” When he’s not working or volunteering, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, kayaking, fishing, and tending to his yard.

Kellie Harrelson
Retail Market Manager
Kellie joined Synovus in 2005 with 23 years of banking experience. She has spent her 14 years at Synovus focused on the Customer Covenant. “I pledge, along with the entire Tifton team, to continue to serve every customer with the highest level of sincerity, fairness, courtesy, respect, and gratitude,” Kellie says. “I look forward to building on current relationships and creating new lasting relationships within our great Tifton-Tift Co. Community.” Kellie earned her BBA in management from Valdosta State University. A native of Tifton, Kellie and her husband, Rusty, have two daughters — one who’s in college at Georgia Southern University and one who’s currently at Tift County High School. In her free time, Kellie enjoys watching her daughters play golf and basketball.
